I liked the convenient location. it was a short walk to the metro. the gym had a good variety of equipment. I saw treadmills and weights. the front desk staff was helpful with directions.

useful equipmentgreat location
the gym included lots of useful equipment the restaurant food was lovely. i liked the various english speaking channels there i don't see them in other hotels in other countries. the location is great it is close to public transport and in walking distance to everything of interest.
breakfast was the same everyday there wasn't much to choose from. the hotel is full of smart useless extras needed things were missing.

The lighting system was a bit complicated, though I eventually managed to adjust it.

The hotel is near public transport. The Metro Trindade station is across the road. I could easily walk to many city attractions by heading down the hill towards the river area from the hotel.

changing colorssteep hill
the lighting in the room seemed more fitting for a nightclub than a place to rest i struggled to find a setting with normal white light and the colors kept changing on their own. the charging station near the bed was cramped and didn't leave much space for my things. also even though the metro seemed close on the map the walk involved a rather steep hill which wasn't ideal

The rooftop bar provided a decent experience.
The room's lighting was inadequate. It lacked options for proper illumination. The air conditioning switched off automatically if there was no movement detected in the room.. This became quite bothersome during the night. there was only one 220V outlet by the beds, with several USB-A ports that felt unnecessary by today's standards.
